Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear terms for orders, service fulfillment, cancellations, approved refunds, and customer support requests.

Standard Cancellation Policy

Because restaurant inventory, delivery coordination, and food-service fulfillment can move quickly, customer orders may only be cancelled within 60 minutes of placement unless otherwise stated in a written service agreement.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued for verified service failures, incorrect items, missing items, or confirmed quality issues reported within 2 hours of delivery or service completion. Customers may be asked to provide order details, photographs, receipts, or other reasonable documentation.

Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your financial institution may require additional time before funds appear in your account.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Change-of-mind requests after fulfillment has started.
  • Incorrect delivery instructions, unavailable recipients, or address errors provided by the customer.
  • Custom procurement or service work already completed by DELIVERY KICK HOLDINGS INC.
  • Third-party charges that are non-recoverable after processing.
